Some throwables, such as the Smoke Bomb, can be purchased from the shops in Jubilife Village.
Shop Guide: All Available Items and Prices
You can use the workbench at Jubilife Village or the Base Camp to craft throwables. If you have a Crafting Kit, you can craft these items while on the field.
Note that you need to unlock the corresponding crafting recipe for each Throwable in order to craft them.
How to Get All Crafting Recipes
Some throwables, such as the Ball of Mud, can be obtained when capturing or defeating a wild Pokemon in battle.
