How to Catch Togepi in Bathers' Lagoon
1	View Full Image Head to the Bathers' Lagoon, southeast of the Beachside Camp, at Cobalt Coastlands. The spawn rate is low, so you may need to return to Jubilife Village repeatedly for Togepi to appear at the area.
2	Before approaching the Pokemon, use Berries or Togepi's preferred food to make it face at a different direction. You can also use a Smoke Bomb to create a hiding spot and use a Heavy Ball or Leaden Ball to catch Togepi easily.
