How to Get Darkrai

Darkrai Request Unlock

The Darksome Night Request Unlock
Play and have a save file of Pokemon BDSP Finish the main storyline of Pokemon Legends: Arceus until the credits roll. Head back to Jubilife Village and inspect Laventon's blackboard at the Galaxy Team HQ. Accept Request 93: The Darksome Night.

How to Beat and Get Darkrai

How to Get to Darkrai
1	Head to the Mountain Camp base at Coronet Heights. Rest until nighttime - a good time to save your game!
2	Fly towards the quest marker to Clamberclaw Cliffs using the Hisuian Braviary. Head to the largest rock in the area and interact with it.
3	Watch the cutscene and prepare to fight Darkrai!
4	Anticipate where Darkrai will teleport to by looking out for the dark vortexes it lets out indicating the location of its arrival. Send out a Pokemon before it teleports again!
5	Take advantage of Darkrai's weaknesses to Fighting, Bug, and Fairy type moves. Paralyzing or putting Darkrai to sleep is recommended once weakened to make catching it easier! If you accidentally kill Darkrai, simply return to Jubilife Village and back to Coronet Highlands again. You can find Darkrai again in the morning and noon.

Not Required to Catch in Order to Face Arceus

Since Darkrai is a Gift Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, the Mythical Pokemon is not required to be caught in order to face Arceus.
