How to Get Dartrix

From Professor Laventon in Jubilife Village

Starters

When you choose to join the Galaxy Team's Survey Corps, Professor Laventon will entrust you with one of three available starters.

Dartrix is the second evolution of Rowlet, and can be obtained by choosing it as your starter.
