How to Get Plump Beans
In Between Crossing Slope and Aipom Hill at Cobalt Coastlands

You can find three Plump Beans in the area between Crossing Slope and Aipom Hill at Cobalt Coastlands. If you need more, you can go to Jubilife Village and return to the area to respawn the items. This method comes in handy especially if you need to gather items for Requests such as the Poor, Peckish Piplup Request.
Destroy Piles of Leaves at Cobalt Coastlands
You can also obtain Plump Beans by destroying piles of leaves at Cobalt Coastlands. Throw your Poke Ball containing your Pokemon at the leaf pile to destroy it to obtain the crafting material.
Plant Vegetable Harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village
You can also get plenty of Plump Beans by paying Colza ₽1500 to plant Vegetable Harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village. Catch at least 12 Pokemon before returning to Colza to maximize harvests!
Note that you need to complete Help Wanted: Plowing the Fields Request to unlock the option to plant Vegetable Harvests on the farm.
