Zisu is the Captain of the Security Corps in Jubilife Village. You can find her at the Training Grounds in her Security Corps uniform, offering to train Pokemon!
You can find the Training Grounds on the northwest corner of Jubilife Village.
Not only does Zisu lead the Security Corps, she is also a master of martial arts and specializes in Pokemon Battles. This makes her the perfect person to help your Pokemon learn new moves or master ones they already know.

Zisu can teach your Pokemon a variety of new moves for the right price! Whenever you feel like updating your Pokemon's moveset, just head on over to her and she can get it done in a flash!

Many speculate that Zisu is the ancestor of Flint from Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Both characters have red curly hair, as well as a red, yellow, and black outfit.
While Zisu is the Captain of the Security Corps, Flint is the third member of the Elite Four of the modern-day Sinnoh region.
