1 Speak with Kochika at the Galaxy Hall.
2 PLA - Request 104 - Alpha Onix.png
Go to Oreburrow Tunnel in Obsidian Fieldlands. You'll find a Level 60 Alpha Onix in the cave.
3 Defeat the Alpha Onix in battle to complete the mission.
