Base Camp Requests | Farm Expansion Requests | Requests that Unlock Items |
Base Camps serve as the Galaxy Team's outposts for its Survey Corps. This is where the player can heal and pass the time, craft or buy items, and report Research progress by talking to Professor Laventon.
More importantly, Base Camps allow you to fast travel to different parts of the map. These fast travel points are very useful in the early game when Rideable Pokemon are not yet unavailable as it allows you to quickly move to different parts of the map efficiently.
All Base Camps and How to Unlock
Massive Mass Outbreaks are timed, which means manually travelling throughout the map just to encounter a specific outbreak will result in losing valuable time and the weather might peter out before you even get a chance to encounter an outbreak!
With Base Camps unlocked, you can do these outbreaks more efficiencly since you can simply fast travel to the closest location where the outbreak is happening..
Massive Mass Outbreaks Guide and List of Pokemon
The request to expand the farm takes some time and investment, but is very rewarding in both the early and endgame as it lets you grow important and often rare items!
The first farm request allows you to plant and harvest Hearty Grain, which is a crafting material for Grain Cakes that are stronger lures for wild Pokemon.
Expand the farm completely and you can even plant Mints and Aguav Berries which are rare items that are much sought after in the endgame!
Crafting materials and Pokeballs are scarce during the early game, so doing quests that awards these items or their recipes, or unlocks them at the shop is well worth the time!
Great Balls are stronger than normal Pokeballs are are very useful in the early game, letting you catch stronger or evolved Pokemon that you can't normally catch with ordinary Pokeballs.
Requests | Rewards |
---|---|
Request 26: Aim for the Big Leagues | Great Ball x15 |
Request 43: More New Wares | Great Balls added to the General Store |
Exp. Candies let you quickly level up your Pokemon without having to battle. Although you can find them in certain maps or purchase them from the candy store, they are rare and expensive.
Requests | Rewards |
---|---|
Request 4: Big Buizel, Little Buizel | Exp. Candy S x 1 |
Request 20: The Mysterious Will-o'-the-Wisp | Exp. Candy S x 2 |
Request 49: Keep an Eye Out for Aipom! | Exp. Candy M x 1 |
Requests are missions in Pokemon Legends: Arceus that advance the story in the game, while also unlocking rewards and fleshing out the world.
Most are unlocked by advancing the story, improving your Star Rank, or simply talking to characters in Jubilife Village or in the different map areas in the Hisui Region.
