It Will Not Have Voice Over Dialogue

Pokemon Legends Arceus Voice Acting
Pokemon Legends: Arceus will not have voice acting for its cutscenes or interactions between characters. Dialogue interactions between characters will be depicted via text box, as is the standard in mainline Pokemon games. Additionally, no Pokemon game developed by Game Freak has had voice acting for dialogue.

However, recently, the non-mainline game New Pokemon Snap (developed by Bandai Namco) has had voice over dialogue in important story cut scenes, which is what some fans were hoping to see applied to some degree in the mainline series.
