1 After accepting the The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra Mission, talk to Anthe in front of the Clothier.
2 Shards in Space Time Distortions
In a Space-Time Distortion, get a Green Shard, Blue Shard, and Red Shard.
3 Give the items to Anthe to complete the Request.

The Green, Blue, and Red Shards can be found in Space-Time Distortions. If you stay on one map long enough, you will see an announcement for the Space-Time Distortion when it occurs. They occur in all zones in the game, except Jubilife Village.

You can find the location of a Space-Time Distortion by looking for the vortex icon on the map. However, be careful when entering a Space-Time Distortion as powerful Pokemon spawn inside, so make sure your heal your Pokemon beforehand.
