Judgment Changes Arceus' Type with Legend Plate

Legend Plate Judgment

When the Legend Plate is used on Arceus, it will allow it to change its typing upon using the move Judgment.

When the move is used on a target, Judgment and Arceus will change its typing depending on the type that the target is weak to.

How to Get Legend Plate: Effects and Locations

Type change determined by weaknesses and resistances

Arceus' type changes are determined by the target's weaknesses, and also follows a hierarchy that prioritizes a type that resists the target's own typing.

If there are multiple possible types, the Legend Plate will choose the best defensive type against the opposing Pokemon. If the resistances are the same, a random type from the pool is chosen.

Type Change Hierarchy
・4x super-effective and resists one or both of the target's type
・4x super-effective with no resistances
・2x super effective and resists one or both of the target's type
・2x super-effective with no resistances

Hey just so y'all know the 'where to find' section has some mislabeling of plates and final locations. Namely, liligant's meadow and regigigas' normal plates, then dread plate labeled as being in the mirelands. Thanks for putting this together of course!!
