You can find King's Leaves around the mountains west of the Mountain Camp at Coronet Highlands. You need to unlock Sneasler as a Ride Pokemon as most of the locations are on top of mountains.
Plant Medicinal Harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village
You can also get plenty of King's Leaves by paying Colza ₽1000 to plant Medicinal harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village. Catch at least 8 Pokemon before returning to Colza to maximize harvests!
