Dialga - How to Get and Location, Evolution, and Research Tasks
Dialga benefits most from the Modest Nature. The increase in Sp. Atk allows Dialga to better utilize its special offense. Since most of its attacks are special, it won't mind the drop in Attack.
While a speed increasing nature is often considered for battles in mainline Pokemon games, it doesn't play as big of a factor in Legends: Arceus due to every Pokemon's access to the Agile and Strong Styles. Make up for lower speed by planning around your turn order.
Agile and Strong Styles: How to Master Moves
Roar of Time and Steel Beam are the best STAB moves for Dialga with high base power, decent accuracy despite the low PP. Earth Power offers good coverage by allowing it to hit other Steel-type Pokemon that may resist its STAB moves.
Ice Beam works out as a solid fourth move to increase the number of super-effective damage Dialga can deal, while Rest gives Dialga a way to recover health lost from Steel Beam recoil and remove status conditions.
