You can obtain Stealth Sprays by destroying the treasure chests on the ruins east of Sacret Plaza at Coronet Highlands. This comes in handy if you need to obtain the item but do not have the crafting materials required.
Purchase from Ginter
Ginter may offer 5 Stealth Sprays at the Ginkgo Guild Shop for ₽2,000. His offer will last until you catch 20 Pokemon, where he will change his offer to another item.
