If you do not wish to go around collecting the ingredients out in the field, you can purchase them from shops instead. However, keep in mind that the items of Ginkgo Guild Merchants are not constant, so your current stock may vary.

All three ingredients requested by Floaro, Hearty Grains, Hopo Berries, and Razz Berries, are available in the Crimson Mirelands. There are also spots where you can collect them that are relatively close to The Mirelands Camp.
