3 Hand over one Springy Mushroom to Morel to complete the request.

You can find a Springy Mushroom growing under a tree at Nature's Pantry to in the center island of Obsidian Fieldlands. This mushroom will regrow each time you exit and enter the area.

Paras will also somtimes drop a Springy Mushroom upon capture or defeat. You can find Paras at the area around Nature's Pantry. Be aware that the more powerful Parasect can also be found in the northern part of the area.
