Calaba is one of the wardens from the Pearl Clan. She wears a white and pink Pearl Clan uniform and carries a large plant on her back.
She is a warden who devoted most of her life to the Pearl Clan and their almighty Sinnoh.
Calaba is the warden assigned to watch over the Noble Ursaluna. After calming Ursaluna, you can summon and ride it while exploring!
Summoning Ursaluna allows you to find hidden items buried on the ground by following the signals from its nose. Keep following the indicators, then once an exclamation point pops up, press Y to make Ursaluna dig the spot and obtain a rare item!

She also doesn't seem to trust people outside the Pearl Clan, especially after knowing what you had to do to quell Kleavor—Calaba doesn't want her Ursaluna to suffer the same fate.
After retrieving the stolen wall fragment from the Miss Fortune sisters, Calaba begins to change her mind about being "stubborn" and "old-fashioned" and sees that your intention to help her Usaluna is sincere. She will then lead you to Sludge Mound, where you'll find Ursaluna.
