The Pastures is located just past the bridge to the south of the Front Gate in Jubilife Village. It has an icon of a Poke Ball in a box.
The Pastures isn't the only place you can release Pokemon. Talk to Team Galaxy members at any of the Base Camps in the overworld and you'll be able to release your Pokemon there as well.
