| Steps to proceed through The Plate of Prelude Beach | |

| 1 |  Travel to Jubilife Village, where you will be met by Commander Komado at the front gate. |
| 2 |  Next, run towards Prelude Beach and approach the commander at the dock, who will then challenge you once again to a Pokemon battle. Commander Kamado's team consists of a Golem, a Heracross, a Snorlax, a Clefable, and a Hisuian Braviary, all at Lv65 except for the Snorlax, which is at Lv66. |

The Plate of Prelude Beach Tips and Strategies
Use Hisuian Goodra
We recommend having a Hisuian Goodra in your team for your fight with Commander Kamado because of its high defenses and good learnset. Steel-type Pokemon generally have high defensive stats and a lot of resistance. It's also super effective against Commander Kamado's Clefable and will resist his Snorlax's Giga Impact.
However, you need to watch out for his Heracross and Golem because these Pokemon have moves that are super effective against Steel-type Pokemon.
