Steps to proceed through Getting Help from Machoke
1 In Cobalt Coastlands, go south from Windbreak Stand on the beach.
2 Talk to Bosley to get the request.
3 Complete the Pokedex entry for Machoke.
4 Show the Pokedex to Bosley to complete the request.

How to Compete Machoke's Pokedex Entry

Machoke Request Location

You can find Machoke near the area where you got the request. They may not appear sometimes, but you can reset the area by going back to the camp and resting for a while. An Alpha Machoke also occassionally spawns in this area as well.

To complete its Pokedex entry, aside from catching or defeating all the Machoke you find, it is also recommended to catch one of the Machoke and teach it Bullet Punch. Have it repeatedly use Bullet Punch on weaker Pokemon to accomplish more Research Tasks.
