This request is unlocked after quelling Ursaluna during the mission Arezu's Predicament. Ursaluna is vital in this request, so it makes sense that it is only available upon unlocking the rideable Pokemon.

Mission Objectives

Steps to proceed through Gone Astray...in the Mirelands
1 Talk to Zeke at the ground floor of Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village.
2 Head to Crimson Mirelands and ride on Ursaluna.
3
PLA Ursaluna Blue Indicator Light
Look around the map until you see Uraluna's indicator light turn blue.
4 Follow the indicator light until you find Wanda.
5 Return to Zeke to complete the request.

Wanda Location

PLA Wanda Lost Sister Location

Wanda, Zeke's lost sister, can be found at Gapejaw Bog in Crimson Mirelands. The blue indicator light will only appear in front of Ursaluna once you are close enough to her location. Once you see the blue indicator light, follow it to pinpoint Wanda's location.
