1 Talk to Hiko at Veilstone Cape in Cobalt Coastlands.
2 Chase down the two Aipom that stole Hiko's pack.
3 PLA Defeat the 2 Aipom
Defeat the two Aipom in battle to complete the request.

PLA Chase the 2 Aipom

The two Aipom traveled down the hill from where you and Hiko were standing. Once you approach, they will continue to run down the hill. They will pause and run down the hill three times before you need to battle them.
