Captain Cyllene is the leader of the Survey Corps under the Galaxy Expedition Team. As a member of the Survey Corps yourself, you'll be interacting with Captain Cyllene at times and report to her your findings during your survey mission.

Captain Cyllene leads the Galaxy Expedition Team's Survey Corps. They're the ones tasked to go out on survey missions to study more about Hisui and the Pokemon that inhabit the region.

She plays a strict hand in her leadership and watches over her team closely.

Before you can even stay in Jubilife Village, you must prove to Captain Cyllene that you can contribute to the Survey Corps. Captain Cyllene will be the one responsible for letting you join the Galaxy Expedition Team by giving your entry trial.

While not officially confirmed, it's highly speculated that Captain Cyllene in Legends Arceus is the ancestor of Galactic Boss Cyrus from Pokemon Briliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Cyllene is the Captain of Galaxy Team's Survey Corps, while Cyrus is the boss of the modern-day Team Galactic. Additionally, it's unlikely to be coincidence that both characters share the same design and blue color scheme, while also having names that start with “Cy”.
