Volo is one of the Ginkgo Guild's merchant. He seems to like wandering about the Hisui region. Chances are you'll likely cross paths with him wherever you go.
He’s got a boundless sense of curiosity and is always interested in unusual finds and unusual people. Just like Ginter, he will sell you rare items that can help you in your adventure!
Fans speculate that Volo is actually the ancestor of Cynthia - the modern-day Sinnoh's champion. Both have similar hair color with sideswept bangs that cover one of their eyes.
