Lum Berry can be found by throwing a Pokemon at trees that have berries in their leaves! Simply aim at the tree with a Pokeball, press ZR, and your Pokemon will attack the tree to gather berries, raising its friendship level in the process!

You can also get plenty of Lum Berries by paying Colza ₽3000 to plant Berry Harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village. Catch at least 16 Pokemon before returning to Colza to maximize harvests!

Note that you need to complete Help Wanted: Watering the Fields Request to unlock the option to plant Berry Harvests on the farm.
