West of Clamberclaw Cliffs at Coronet Highlands

You can find Swordcaps under trees on the cliffs west of Clamberclaw Cliffs at Coronet Highlands. Look for the red thorny plant under the tree to pick up the item.

Note that you need to unlock Sneasler as a Ride Pokemon to gain access to this location.
