Use Bug-Type Moves
Most of Adaman's Team is weak to Bug-Type moves, which means with a few stronger Pokemon you can finish most of the fight in no time at all!
Alternatively, you can opt for Poison or Fire-Type moves against his Leafeon to finish battles quicker.
Beware Agile Style Moves
Adaman's team is quick and may get in more attacks over your own Pokemo using Agile Style moves. You can counter this by using Strrong Style moves and knocking them out quickly to increase your chances.
Use Pokemon with High HP
Quick Attack is a very commonly used move amongst Adaman's team.
While it is quick, it is not very powerful. By using a Pokemon with high HP, it will take his team much longer to whittle you down and give you better chances of hitting back!
