Dusk Stones can sometimes be obtained by breaking the shaking ores in an area. Breaking these ores will often cause a Geodude or Graveler to pop out, but like Ursaluna, these are great methods of finding evolutionary items, so be sure to break them if you encounter one.

Dusk Stones can be purchased at the Trading Post for 1200 Merit Points. Merit Points can be gained by picking up lost satchels.
Dusk Stones can sometimes be found on the ground in Space-Time Distortion Zones. Be sure to pick up all items you find there, as you can turn a large profit!

Ginter may offer a Dusk Stone at the Ginkgo Guild Shop for ₽5,000, where he refers to it as Deep-Dark Rock. His offer will last until you catch 20 Pokemon, where he will change his offer to another item.
