Ginter may offer a Dubious Disc at the Ginkgo Guild Shop for ₽10,000, where he refers to it as Transparent Mechanism. His offer will last until you catch 20 Pokemon, where he will change his offer to another item.

Dubious Discs can be purchased at the Trading Post for 1400 Merit Points. Merit Points can be gained by picking up lost satchels.
Dubious Discs can sometimes be found on the ground in Space-Time Distortion Zones. Be sure to pick up all items you find there, as you can turn a large profit!
