How to Get Scatter Bangs
Destroy Boxes at Cobalt Coastlands and Coronet Highlands
You can obtain Scatter Bangs by destroying the boxes near Sand's Reach at Cobalt Coastlands. In Coronet Highlands, you can also find boxes that you can destroy in the area east of the Sacred Plaza.
This comes in handy if you need to obtain the item but do not have the crafting materials required.
