There are plenty of Medicinal Leeks around Aspiration Hill at the Obsidian Fieldlands. This area is located southeast of the Fieldlands Base Camp, making it an accessible area to farm for the crafting material.
Destroy Haystacks at Crimson Mirelands
If you travel to Gapejaw Bog at Crimson Mirelands, you can find plenty of Haystacks on the area. Much like berry trees and ores, you can summon your Pokemon from the Poke Ball to destroy the haystack and obtain Medicinal Leeks and other crafting materials.
Plant Medicinal Harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village
You can also get plenty of Medicinal Leeks by paying Colza ₽1000 to plant Medicinal harvests at the Farm in Jubilife Village. Catch at least 8 Pokemon before returning to Colza to maximize harvests!
