How to Get Origin Ball

Obtained Temporarily during The Counterpart Mission

Legends Arceus Origin Ball

You obtain the Origin Ball after bringing the Origin Ore to Professor Laventon in Jubilife Village. He will use the ore to create a special Poke Ball used to capture Dialga/Palkia in its Origin Form.

Used Automatically after Defeating Dialga/Palkia Origin Form

Pokemon Legends Arceus - Origin Ball used Automatically

After defeating Dialga/Palkia (Origin Form) in the boss fight, a cutscene will play showing the player character using the Origin Ball to capture the Legendary Pokemon.

The Origin Ball will disappear from the Key Items in the Satchel menu once you regain control of the player character, making it a temporary item.
