    OKAY.. FIGURED OUT WHY SO MANY STRUGGLE TO FIND THIS QUEST IF INTERESTED READ ON: Once you fulfilled the required prerequisite quests. a TIMER (invisible to you) is started. This timer only runs when you are in the natlan region AND are active (not just standing still) after the timer elapses, you will get a caption from paimon "we've been in natland for a while" and big quest banner shows. Yeah its stupid they assume you havent finished the region...!!

    I'd like to point out that if you finished the prerequisite quests and it's not triggering at the start location, set the clock to 00:00 and it will start.
