The Serpentine Path is a Main Quest in Diablo 4 (Diablo IV). Learn how to follow the serpent, The Serpentine Path Map, all rewards, as well as completion tips!

The Serpentine Path is started after you light the incense to complete the previous quest Judgement of the Swamp.

| 1 | Follow Neyrelle Follow Neyrelle a bit north of the altar. She will stop by the giant serpent blocking the path. |
| 2 |  Speak with Neyrelle Interact with Neyrelle, who's just standing by the giant serpent. |
| 3 |  Follow the serpent with your allies After talking with Neyrelle, an area of the map encircled with a yellow circle will open up. Don't mind this, as it won't give you an indication of where to go. Instead, just follow the serpent's body up north. |
| Tip |  You will notice that following the serpent will lead you into a portion of the map that is hidden. Unfortunately, you will have to wait until after the quest to uncover the specifics of this area of the map. For now, you could refer to the above map guide. |
| 4 |  Survive the ambush Keep following the serpent's body until you reach a Healing Well. Here, you will be ambushed by enemies. Defeat them all, then Neyrelle will crawl under a small opening under the serpent. Survive another ambush after she crawls through. |
| 5 |  Reach Neyrelle After defeating all the enemies, head a bit east and Neyrelle will drop a ladder for you to climb onto a ledge. |
| 6 | Escape the Sinking Detritus Climb up the ladder and out to the area called Venom-Drenched Path to complete the quest. |
