The Blind Eye quest begins immediately after speaking to Donan at the end of the previous quest, Light Extinguished.

| 1 | Use the Sightless Eye After speaking to Donan, interact with the Sightless Eye in order to trigger a cutscene that will send you to the Nightmare. |
| 2 |  Explore the Nightmare In the first exploration sequence, follow the path east until you reach a small church. |
| 3 |  Speak to the priest Interact with the Priest from Nevesk and listen to his short sermon. You will be attacked by the hound-like enemies afterward. |
| 4 |  Defeat the villagers of Nevesk Apparently, the hound-like enemies are the villagers! |
| 5 |  Explore the nightmare Head north all the way until you reach some steps you have to climb. |
| 6 |  Inspect Rathma's corpse Interact with the corpse at the top of the staircase. |
| 7 |  Explore the nightmare Keep heading north past the yellow encircled area until you reach Lilith's Altar. |
| 8 |  Inspect Lilith's Altar Be ready to fight lots of enemies before you interact with it! |
| 9 |  Defend against Lilith's attack Fight off all the enemies. |
| 10 |  Enter the Fiery Portal This will send you to a new area. |
| 11 |  Inspect the campfire Head north towards the cave and inspect the campfire just after the entrance. This will trigger a cutscene. |
| How to Find the Way Out of the Nightmare | |

| 1 |  Find the way out Jump across the gap then follow the straightforward path to the exit. Along the way, you will encounter familiar minibosses that you'll have to fight. |
| 2 |  Defeat the nightmares 1st Area: Genbar, the Shrine-Keeper and Brol, the Tyrant-King 2nd Area: Elias, Fallen Horadrim and Airidah, Keeper of the Dead 3rd Area: Astaroth |
| 3 |  Use the Sightless Eye After Astaroth, at the end of the path is the Sightless Eye. Use it to return it to the Spire of Torment in Sanctuary and end the quest. |
