i really recommend use a claymore chara that spinning while charged attack (its 100% can stop capybara burst) and capybara cannot hit u while on air so bring ororon/citlali or chara that can fly.
The best way I've found to deal with the capybara is to solo it with Mavuika and Ororon, with maybe a healer. Mavuika's nightsoul burst triggers Ororon's nightshade synesthesia, allowing you to infinite it to death, while punting it around like a football with Mavuika's motorcycle. It also makes getting all of the achievements related to it easy.
Dehya and Razor worked for me

Sayu can roll out of bounds. Use her and any ranged DPS and its easy.
Klee worked great for me, she has innate explosion damage
Jean skill with sacrificial sword and anemo resonance can do it without a problem, at least for the 2 achievements for the third I just unga bunga with Navia because you need to interrupt the attack 3 times
I basically did it with Thoma as a shield, Kazuha, and Gaming as the main damage. Just spam his skill and burst and interrupt attacks. I tried using Jean but at no point did it pick up the capybara lol. I tried when it was standing *and* knocked over but it never grabbed him.
Jean.... I'll never sleep on you or your fall damage, everyone else failed me (Xiao, HatGuy, Mualani, Lyney) BUT YOU you carried and you threw. Once you got the cancel mechanic done well with overload or physical dmg the boss is not that hard to dodge or survive. Jean saved me, imma sign up to the knight of Favonius in her honor
I managed it with dehya, Xiangling, Miko-sama and Noelle. I didn't have the hands (nor the console, possibly) for Jean, nor did I have the Shogun/Chevruse.
using Raiden, Kuki, Arlechino and Thoma to have an infinite explosion, He didn't have any chance to charge attack

If you have Jean, just use Jean. She can beat it solo. Use her charged attack and then hold E to aim him up to the air
If you dont have good electro and pyro just bring a claymore... I used beidou but since I cant recharge her burst fast enough I just normal attack it with her and bam knocked...
