If you have furina or kokomi and are also bad at dodging then a c1 (not required) dehya with the bell can double as a tank/shield and a vape damage dealer or sub dps if your hydro is on field (Use vourukasha for on field dehya and noblesse or tenacity for off-field) Do be warned as only specifically characters who don't require a normal attack to activate their hydro application will be applicable to dehya (basically just means no xingqiu yelan or Candace in terms of sub dps's)

They should include Alberdo and the others from the chronicled wish too. They won't bring them back any time soon and no one would pull for them anymore anyway

I don't fully get it, will it be only at 28th of August or for some time priod? I've seen some discussion that people are saving Interwened Fate's for the release of V5.0, but this ona character will be conpletely free, right? Why should I save Fates? I'm confused :c
