Best Mechanici for Stage 1

Icon	Mechanicus and Effect
Rippling Reflections	Does decent DMG to enemies, but is used more to trigger Elemental Reactions like Electrocharged, Vaporize, or Frozen.
Glacial Bloom	Does Cryo DMG, and even slows enemies down at a certain level. Freezes enemies temporarily when paired with a Hydro Tower.
Inferno	Used to target the larger, tougher enemies, and defeat them before they reach the Terminus
Furious Discharge	Used on the smaller Hilichurls so you can attack a lot of them at once. It's better when paired with a Hydro Tower.

Why should I use these characters?

Catalysts will let you trigger Elemental Reactions easily. Sucrose can easily blow small enemies away with her Charged Attacks and Elemental Skill. To top it off, the Geo Traveler can block the path with constructs!

Freeze or Stun Ruin Guards

The Ruin Guards in the 4th Round have the ability to regenerate their HP. Freeze the Ruin Guards using Elemental Reactions or stun them by hitting their weak spots. This makes sure they don't escape!
