Also, does ATK goblet work? I mean with LPSW and Nighttime Whispers, she easily gains around 200% geo DMG bonus. More with ascension. So I dont think ATK goblet can be that bad..

I dont see how she's only B tier. I have her fairly built now, 73% over 184% CRIT, 2200 ATK, non maxed out artifacts and only one set bonus, 2pc ATK. I might be able to say she's one of my top 3 strongest DPS even.

This section needs to be updated... How about the new "Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods" artifacts? Should be great for DPS Ningguang, right?

Where are the Support builds? I remember she used to have a Battery build as well... And how about the 4x Petra to buff party members' DMG thanks to her potential in generating Crystallize shards?!?

From my experience 4pc wanderers, 4pc bolide, and 2pc atk + 2pc archaic all had very similar damage output. I think with ninnguang it really comes down to substat rolls and whether or not you focus on charged attacks or all around DPS.

Beidou's thoughts about her are missing part of the sentece.

Also, don't forget that Nin requires careful positioning when playing (her Jade Screen deals a damage) and normal-hold-normal-hold attack rotation. Nin is much harder to play than Itto, but she brings the same results.

I think the Memory of Dust the best weapon on the Ningguang, as it compensates for her low attack.
