I'm ar 25 and Ningguang with energy recharge is pretty good lol I get another elemental burst even before the CD of it finishes or is there a build better than it? pls let me know

Ningguang is probably one of the best characters. But I don't use her much :(

4x Nobless for Sub DPS. Her EB is the cheapest in the game and the cooldown matches the buff duration of Nobless. Why wouldn't you want 100% uptime?

Btw imo the best artifacts for her dps build is Glad+Petra and not Petra+Nobless (even if the difference is not much), so im a bit surprised that is not even mentioned -_-
