Elder Dragon Greyoll can be found right outside Fort Faroth, at Greyoll's Dragonbarrow in the Caelid region.

You can technically cheese Greyoll at level 1 so long as you have a Bleed-dealing weapon. Tackling this mini-boss regularly means that you defeat all of its minion dragons, which requires a high enough level.
Note: Elder Dragon Greyoll now drops 50,000 Runes instead of 70,000.

| Fight Its Minions One by One |
Stand by Greyoll's left flank or by its tail, then keep on slashing at Greyoll with a weapon that inflicts Bleed. Greyoll will suffer a large amount of Bleed damage if you've performed enough slashes.
While players can use Bleed weapons like the Morning Star or Bloodhound's Fang, some good early game alternatives for players with not enough attribute points are either Reduvia or the Flail.
While you can flank behind Elder Dragon Greyoll to slowly chip down its health, taking out the smaller dragons will lower Greyoll's health with every one you kill. Once you've defeated all the smaller dragons, Greyoll's HP should be low enough for it to die in a single hit.
Perform two-handed strong or jumping attacks on their heads to get them to stagger. Once they fall to the ground, perform a critical hit on their eyes to deal massive damage.
Torrent is quick enough to get you behind each of these smaller dragons. Hack at their hind legs, then get out of the way when they move to stomp on you. Rinse & repeat for each of the smaller dragons.
