This is the entire map of Gravesite Plain, the first region you arrive at in the Realm of Shadow which is revealed upon obtaining its map fragment.
The Gravesite Plain map fragment can be found to the northwest immediately upon entering the DLC zone for the first time. Simply put down a marker on your map and ride across the open field towards it.
