Jagged Peak Drake Locations

Located East of the Dragon's Pit Terminus Site of Grace

This lone Jagged Peak Drake is found resting in an open area just directly east of Dragon's Pit Terminus.

Located Near the Foot of the Jagged Peak Site of Grace

The dual Jagged Peak Drakes can be found near the Foot of the Jagged Peak Site of Grace, where you will find them fighting each other.

Recommended Level for Jagged Peak Drake

The Jagged Peak Drake can be a fearsome opponent to square off against, especially because of its sheer scale and raw damage.

With that in mind, we recommend leveling up your character to at least Rune Level 160 or above, as well as collecting Scadutree Fragments to increase both your damage and survivability.

Use Torrent to Hit and Run Wait for its Fire-Breath Ground Attack Use Spirit Ashes

Use Torrent to Hit and Run

As the Jagged Peak Drake is fighting in a massive battlefield, taking advantage of Torrent to hit and run is a good strategy, as instead of having to dodge the Drake's attacks, you can just outrun them entirely.

Wait for its Fire-Breath Ground Attack

One of the Jagged Peak Drake's deadliest moves also happens to be the one that exposes it the longest.

When you see the Drake preparing to let out its Flame-Breath, immediately use Torrent to circle around him and dismount to repeatedly attack him. You should be able to get a few hits in before the Drake recovers.

Use Spirit Ashes

You are able to summon your Spirit Ash companion to assist you in this fight, and it is generally recommended to do so as any extra tick of damage helps when fighting a colossal, yet mobile opponents.

If Fighting the Drake Duo, Use the Other Drake as Bait

When approaching the Jagged Peak Drake Duo, you will notice that they will already be in combat. The other Drake will generally not engage the player unless they accidentally strike them, and will usually die to the main Drake.

As the other Drake is a non-hostile, use them as an extra damage source or even just to soak up aggro so that you can circle around with Torrent and get a few good hits in.
