Demi-Human Queen Maggie's various weaknesses make her a fairly simple boss to fight. Magic users will want to fight her as soon as possible since she drops a Memory Stone.

There will be several mages near the boss that can hit you with their spells. They'll be a nuisance when trying to fight Maggie so prioritize clearing them before taking her on. You can use Torrent to reach them quickly.
In addition to the mages, Maggie will also use her staff to launch spells at you. Reduce their effectiveness by equipping gear that boosts your magic defence, such as the Spelldrake Talisman.
How to Get Spelldrake Talisman
Melee users will want to stay close to Maggie and be as aggressive as possible. This causes her to only use melee attacks that are easy to telegraph and dodge. This'll make the fight much easier since you can just stick to a strategy of striking her after any of her melee moves.
