Heading east along the main road from the Dragonbarrow West Site of Grace, take the right path to the end to reach Fort Faroth.

Dectus Medallion (Right), combined with Dectus Medallion (Left) will be needed to activate the Grand Lift of Dectus.
Dectus Medallion (Right) is located on a tower in Fort Faroth. Head up the ramp into the dark room on the ground floor and weave across to the opposite wall with a ladder. Take the ladder to find a treasure chest with Dectus Medallion (Right).
The Radagon's Soreseal Talisman is located in on the first floor in the back of Fort Faroth accessible only by dropping in from an opening in the roof. First, head to the tower where you got Dectus Medallion (Right) and drop down onto the roof.
Run past the first square opening and drop down into the second square opening. From there, hop across to the other wooden platform, follow it around and drop down to the floor covered in hay. Radagon's Soreseal is in the room with the giant rat.
Elder Dragon Greyoll can be found right outside Fort Faroth. She is stationary and will not move if attacked, making her a candidate for an easy 50,000 Runes.
