Leda Will Still Go After Hornsent Regardless

Leda Suggestion Options

Regardless of which of the three choices (Thiollier, Hornsent, or no one) you suggest, Leda will still go after Hornsent if you speak with here after an area reload.

If you suggest Thiollier first, you will learn that Leda doesn't actually see him as a threat, looping you back to the question with only the two other choices present.

Now, if you suggest Hornsent or no one at all then rested at a site of grace, talking to Leda again will reveal her intention to hunt down Hornsent, making them move to the Shadow Keep where you will see both their summon signs.

Leda and Hornsent summon signs in the Shadow Keep

After Hornsent and Leda moves from the Highroad Cross, you will find their summon signs in the area with the Vulgar Militiamen. This step for both questlines is optional, but can certainly affect them if you chose to intervene.
