The entrance to the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past is at the back of the structure you come across southwest of Moorth Ruins. You'll find a hole with a ladder that leads down to the dungeon.

Ruined Forge of Starfall Past does not have any bosses within the dungeon. You are also not allowed to place Summon Signs and summon your Spirit Ashes. You only need to reach the forge altar at the end to clear the dungeon.

Guide to Reaching the End of the Dungeon and Notable Loot

#	Ruined Forge of Starfall Past Walkthrough
1	First Lever Cross the first bridge then turn left at the end to find a lever that opens a gate down to the right. You can also loot a Smithscript Spear on the far wall opposite to the lever.
2	First Gate Go through the opened passage to reach the second room where you can find a Lava Blob and a Golem Smith. Hit the Golem Smith from the back to deal more damage. Continue towards the left passageway to reach a ladder that will take you up.
3	Upper Level After climbing the ladder, continue to the next room to find more Lava Blobs and a Golem Smith. Defeat them and jump up the rubble on the left, pass through the doorway, and enter the room to the left to find the Smithing Talisman.
4	Second Lever Head out the room with the Smithing Talisman and carefully jump down onto the platform below to reach the second lever which opens another gate down to the right. There's a sleeping Golem Smith nearby.
5	Second Gate Pass through the opened passage to reach a room with the waterfall where you can find the Smithscript Cirque. There will be two Golem Smiths in the room for you to fight. Do not jump off the waterfall!
6	Forge Altar Head back out the passage you came from and pull the lever. After pulling the lever, jump on top of the gate as it closes to reach the upper platform to the left. Here you'll find the forge altar and clear the dungeon along with the Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword and an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.
