Inquisitor Ghiza is at the floor above the Volcano Manor Site of Grace, in the dining room.

Inquisitor Ghiza can be fought immediately upon reaching Volcano Manor. He's quite weak due to his vulnerablility to all Status Effects and can be staggered easily. Mages will also have an easy time since he takes increased damage from Magic.

Inquisitor Ghiza's weapon can build up the Bleed Status Effect very quickly when he uses its charged attack mode. Prepare Staunching Boluses in your item slots to counteract the effect as this will take out large chunks of your health.
This NPC has fairly low poise so it's best to just constantly hit him and interrupt his moves.
This fight will be easy for Ranged users due to Ghiza's limited mobility. A spell such as Comet Azur can stunlock him and immediately end the fight.

Status Effects, namely Bleed, Frost Scarlet Rot, and Poison will build up quickly in Ghiza as he has no defensive capabilities against these. Use these weapon types to take out large chunks of his health.
If you don't the aforementioned weapon types, you can also coat yours in Blood Grease, Freezing Grease, Rot Grease, or Poison Grease.
