Demi-Human Queen Margot's attacks have long recovery times that leave her vulnerable. The safest strategy will be to wait for her to finish a moveset before attacking her. This will also allow you to use heavier attacks that have longer animations.

Use jumping attacks to stagger Demi-Human Queen Margot

Margot can be staggered easily, especially by jumping attacks or heavy attacks. Successfully spamming these will result in her getting stunned, giving you even more time to attack her and end the fight quickly.
