Scadutree Base is found in the Scadu Altus region of the Realm of Shadow.

To get to the Scadutree Base, you will need to go through the Church District area first. The Church District is found at the eastern side of Shadow Keep, and is only accessible at the east of Scadu Atlus through another passage away from the main entrance.
To get to the east of Scadu Atlus, you will need to go through an underground path in Moorth Ruins leading to Bonny Village, and then following the path east then north to the Church District Highroad. The entrance to an alternate section of the Shadow Keep is at the northwest of that site of grace.

 Drain the flood in the Church District. Travel to the Scadutree Base. |

| 1 |  From the Church District Entrance Site of Grace, make your away across the flood by crossing the platforms going west. Reach the roof of the cathedral at the end. |
| 2 |  From the roof the cathedral, head forward until the end. Watch out for the Fire Knight appearing on the other side of the roof. |
| 3 |  Near the end of the roof, jump on the ledge leading to another, higher roof with a hole you can jump into. |
| 4 |  At the hole, drop down and follow the path to the floor with a large hole across. |
| 5 |  Drop down the large hole and then head into the hallway in front. Watch out for the Fire Knight coming in from other side. |
| 6 |  After taking care of the Fire Knight, take the left doorway to exit the cathedral's interior. This path will lead to the lever for draining the Church District flood. |
| 7 |  Cross the bridge and follow the path to the lever. Look carefully and mind the gaps you can encounter on the way there. Also watch out for the Giant Bats that you encounter. |
| 8 |  Interact with the lever to drain the flood of the Church District. Afterwards, climb back down the ladder, enter the doorway, and then drop down the hole below to get to the Sunken Chapel Site of Grace. |

| 9 |  From the Sunken Chapel Site of Grace, face northwest, then head outside and turn right. Look for an area with a giant tree in the middle. |
| 10 |  An Ulcerated Tree Spirit will reveal itself when you get near the large tree. Defeating this enemy will drop the Mantle of Thorns incantation. Take the nearby entrance to the cathedral. |
| 11 |  After going through the entrance, push forward then stop at the front of the room with a statue. Take a right turn and proceed to the room with a balcony. |
| 12 |  Make your way to the doorway under the balcony. This houses the elevator taking you to the Tree-Worship Passage which leads to the Scadutree Base. |
| 13 |  Take the elevator going down to the Tree-Worship Passage Site of Grace. |

| 14 |  You can relax your guard from here; there will be no enemies. From the Tree Worship Passage Site of Grace, continue north and cross the hanging bridge until you are in a room with a large statue. |
| 15 |  In the room, go through any of the doors at the side and you will be at the Tree-Worship Sanctum. Claim the Site of Grace in this room and then prepare for the fight in the next area. |
| 16 |  Exit through the archway in front of the Site of Grace and you will be at the Scadutree Base. Make sure you have made any preparations before proceeding forward since this will awaken the Scadutree Avatar at the center of the area. ⓘ Defeating the Scadutree Avatar will unlock the Scadutree Base Site of Grace. |

Another Iris of Grace is found before the Scadutree Base, at a foot of the large statue in the room after crossing the hanging bridge in the Tree-Cross Passage.
Iris Grace Locations and How to Use
The Scadutree Avatar is an optional DLC Remembrance boss that can be fought at the Scadutree Base.
Defeating the Scadutree Avatar will reward the Remembrance of the Shadow Sunflower which can you can exchange at Enia at the Roundtable Hold for either the Shadow Sunflower Blossom or the Land of Shadow incantation.
